I have represented Great Britain in athletics at 400m / 4x400m relay and have won numerous titles over a 14 year period. Ranked in the British All-Time Top 100 at 100m (10.47) and 60m (6.73). I have trained with many top international sports people including Olympic Gold Medallists, sports doctors, physiotherapist’s, nutritionists and coaches. As an average sports person at school I have sought and applied knowledge from as many sources as possible and worked extremely hard to achieve my goals. My passion is helping others to do the same.
